The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure has awarded the contract to build five public housing in the municipality of Ojos, designed to promote access to housing or accommodation to those sectors of the population with special economic difficulties of obtaining the property market .

Among the 36 tenders submitted, this performance has been awarded to that company, whose project has a budget of 288,000 euros and an execution period of 12 months.
The construction of housing projects on a plot of 602.54 square meters, of which 539.84 will correspond to floor area.
The general secretary Yolanda Muñoz said that "this is an operation of urban regeneration that includes the construction of a public promotion of five individual duplex houses, stationed in the street Victims of Terrorism".
Muñoz said that this development "will comply with the conditions established in the new Housing Act, according to which the property must be designed, run, and keep holding on to use the basic requirements for functionality, safety, habitability and accessibility, as well as respect for the environment and the urban environment. Housing characteristics
The homes have a surface area ranging between 84 and 89 square meters, with a distribution of three and four bedrooms, and will also have parking in surface.
