The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, today introduced a draft Ojós public housing development aimed at the construction of five detached duplex houses on the street Victims of Terrorism, corner of Santiago, which will be hiring in the coming weeks, and which fulfills the commitment made by the president of the regional government, Alberto Garre, in a recent interview with the mayor of the town, Pablo Melgarejo.
The holder of Development stressed that "this promotion is part of the firm commitment of Murcia Government to promote social action in housing, helping people and economically disadvantaged families have a decent and well equipped abode".
Bernabe said that the works have a budget of 400,000 euros and an execution period of 12 months, and stated that "this promotion will be subject to the provisions of the new Housing Act, approved yesterday by the Regional Assembly, according to the which properties must be designed, executed, used and stored to meet the basic requirements of functionality, safety, habitability and accessibility, and are respectful of the environment and the urban environment. "
The homes, which will be offered for sale under conditions to be determined, have parking in size and feature four of them three bedrooms and the remaining four, and its surface will range between 84 and 89 sq meters.
The housing development will include the development works about 120 square meters, corresponding to the streets of Santiago, as well as some proprietary clearances for promotion, 180 square meters in area of ​​front and rear access housing for individual patios.
In total floor area is 557 square meters.
