The Municipal General Management Plan received final approval last January
The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, this week held a meeting with the mayor of Ojós, Pablo Melgarejo, to discuss technical and legal issues relating to urban development in which the municipality is working.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that "the General Municipal Plan of Management Ojós received final approval last January, and the publication of the rules in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia has enabled licensing and development of a small residential sector for expansion of the population. "
At the meeting, held at the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, Yolanda Muñoz noted that "we have reviewed the legal requirements on this issue, in order to make possible the development of the industrial zone of the town and other areas affected by the resolution. "
He recalled the director, advisory work for municipalities is a common activity of his department and said that "we usually hold such meetings in order to clarify the various issues arising in urban planning."
Yolanda Muñoz said in these meetings "intend coordinate planning procedures developed by municipal plannings, adjusting well to the standard, in order to facilitate processing as soon as possible."
