Spokesman Citizens in the municipality of Ojós, Alberto Sanchez, showed "a lack of planning and citizen participation" in the implementation of rural guard service in the municipality.
The service, powered by the PP and had the active abstention of the PSOE but that never supported Citizens "because we knew how it would end this because we did hear the neighbors" has to bear the costs through a rate to neighbors to cover its cost in full.
In this situation, and although Sanchez says the PP said that "the neighbors were in favor and were willing to pay" over time has challenged the performance of popular because "the neighbors have refused to pay high rates and has generated great controversy ", given the City Council to amend its initial project.
Sanchez notes that "the city has not had the neighbors because now these same rebel against their decisions" and wondered "what interest does the PP in taking forward this service or yes, even knowing that some neighbors do not see it necessary" and anticipates that "now the City says will lower the rate but forget that in any case, the fee should cover the entire service so there is little room for maneuver because according to the Law Streamlining the City can not pay anything for this service".
Citizens requested that the residents concerned were consulted on the feasibility and continuity of service but reported that they found "no more resounding" PP, a party that say "afraid to listen to citizens".
Popular justified that "neighbors chose us and now govern us," but Sanchez protested them to "govern without addressing the real interests of the neighbors."
Likewise, the spokesman of Citizens requested that "the rate imposed on residents without process prior dialogue deleting" and asked the government team to "offer solutions and no more inconvenience and expense neighbors" at the same time ensuring "I am committed to public safety in rural areas but without tasazo that this represents a negative impact on family economies".
