18:47 hours.- Emergency services intervene in the fire of reeds in the Segura River next to houses on the road from Ojós to Villanueva del Río Segura, municipality of Ojós.
A call from P. Civil de Valle de Ricote at 1-1-2 RM warned of the fire, indicating that it quickly extended to the river's reeds, and could affect other homes.
The occupants of the houses have been able to leave.
The houses are 800 meters from the well-known Salto de la Novia, on the road from Ojós to Villanueva del Río Segura.
The Environmental Agent of the area has also moved to the place of the fire, which confirms the proximity of the fire to the river reeds to the homes, and Firefighters of the Fire and Rescue Consortium of the Region of Murcia.
Environmental Agent reports that they work on a 50-meter linear front, with the farthest front of the houses being controlled.

8:06 pm.- Consortium Fire Sergeant reports that the fire is controlled, without active flame.
